Went thru the drive thru and ordered a rack of ribs and a pound of pulled pork. Got home and realized they had only given us 6 ribs so I call and talk to the manager and ask him how many ribs come to an order. He tells me that it all depends on the size of the ribs. I was kind of expecting to hear between 10 and 12. So when I told him I only got 6 he was surprised. Told me that I should have gotten more than that. I asked if I could come get more and here is where it got good. He offered to bring me a new order of ribs. TO MY HOUSE. Not only did he bring them but for a fast food place they were great. I would for sure go back. Thanks Dickys!!!

Dickey's was something I'd looked forward to when it first opened in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Now, it's just a sad establishment waiting to go out of business. First- and this is the number one thing I hate to complain about- the service is AWFUL. The people who work there seem uninspired and frustrated at the thought of having to do anything. Further, they were casually tossing about racist jokes one evening, prompting an early exit from my party. I realize this probably isn't the best job in the world- but it's one thing that brought down an entire experience. I'm not sure why I went back thereafter. There's another problem with Dickey's: the prices. You see, in a place like BA, you can get a solid lunch for under 7$ or dinner under 10$. Upon opening, the prices were reasonable with specials for certain days that were 5.99 and included a side and a drink. Well, those are gone. Now you can look forward to prices that do not in any way compete with anything in the area. The service and the lackluster prices could be forgiven if the food was good. And again- a year ago... it was. It was passable BBQ with good fries and those fun yellow cups. Today? The sandwiches are smaller, there's less meat on your plate, the french fries are stale and there's too much fat and even once a piece of bone in the meat to keep me returning. Goodbye Dickeys. I thought we had a future together, but I've discovered you're just pretending to be something you're not. Time to go back to Rib Crib.

Its decent. They don't hold a candle to Oklahoma Joes, but I wouldn't say I would never eat here again. ( My husband says he would give 3 and a half to 4 stars though.)

Our kids loved the chicken tenders and fries! The barbecue chicken sandwich was awesome! New owners were very friendly! High recommend it!

When it comes to barbecue and Tulsa dickies is not the first place that I think of but it is close to my house. When my son requested it I was reluctant to when ahead and place the order online I ordered a family pack and whenever I went to pick it up it wasn't until I came home that I realize that they had forgotten to put rolls in the order. This is not the first time that I've been to dickies and they've left something out of my carry out order. I went back to get the rolls and the employees were apologetic but still gave me less rolls than what was in the family pack that I ordered. Again the employee apologized but oblige to fill the order. I am really trying to like this place but they are making it very difficult. My advice if you go to Dickeys is to always check your order!

Have not been in a while but was not impressed. The meat itself tasted good, but the bbq sauce was not good. Also, while the meat had good flavor, it seemed to be cold. The staff was not particularly friendly and nobody else was in the building during a busy time of night. I expected more as I had heard good things about it before it opened.

Strike three! Hey, every place has a goof. Or two. But once I visit three times... Pros: -- Staff is warm and friendly. -- Country music and decor fit the food. Cons: -- Brisket dry. Ribs dessicated and over salted. -- Mac and Cheese is a mush. Noodles overcooked to gelatinous mass, and cheese sauce is like curdled milk. -- "Creamy" cole slaw is a misnomer. Chopped cabbage. No detectable sauce. Needs salt, pepper, mayo, vinegar, something! -- Fried okra over-battered and sometimes over-fried. -- Roll is scone-like. No fluff or flake here. -- Tables consistently sticky. And lest you think the cons are characteristic of this location, all of the Dickey's I have eaten at are like this. I think their food is stuck in the 1980s when fast food BBQ was trendy, and quality hadn't yet hit the market.

Everytime I try this place they are out of most things on their menu. Plus it's a little spendy for the quality. Look elsewhere!!

I vowed after the last time I ate Dickey's in Texas I would never ever do it again, well I guess I'm a gluten for punishment, because here I am at the new Dickey's on Aspen in Broken Arrow and surprisingly it was good. Fast Food BBQ is the best way to put it everything was good nothing was amazing or truly exceptionable but overall good food good price. Meat: I had chopped brisket, which was chopped fresh in front of me which is unlike some BBQ joints in the area. Pulled Pork: was juicy and actually had some bark left on it. Ribs: had the membrane left on but to my surprise you could bite right through it and everything was fall off the bone tender, with just a hit of sauce on top gave it a nice compliment. The BBQ sauce was needed but added a good flavor instead of just covering up the taste of the meat. Sides: Try the onion strings, imagine an awesome blossom but with more crunch and salt, delicious. Beans: were good they were more of a pinto central Texas style bean than typical BBQ beans but still good. My wife said this mac & cheese taste just like KFC and she loves cheap mac & cheese. This is not a complaint as much as an honest assessment. The staff was nice and friendly however, they seems to have a dislike of the Billy Simms BBQ across the parking lot, competition is competition I guess. The place was empty except for me and my wife. If you've had a bad experience with Dickey's like I have maybe this might be the time to try the location in Broken Arrow and maybe fall in love all over again.

Friendly staff. I was welcomed as walked in the door. Terrific barbecue. the brisket is nice and tender, smokey, just like it supposed to be. Inside, it's got a country kind of feel, with oilcloth table cloths and paper towel rolls on the table. Huge amount of sides - the baked potato casserole was unbelievable. has the usual stand bus, barbecue beans and cole slaw, too. Also liked the jalapeño beans. free ice cream and pickles too. I'll be back!

Previously had a terrible experience here...BUT, the allure of a coupon brought us back, when I was craving BBQ. I have to say, we had a total 180 experience this go around. The manager was really hustling and working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of, and we had 2 workers stop to ask us how things were. The food was excellent and fresh. Based on this experience, I would recommend Dickey's. Be sure to check out ValPak.com for coupons as well.

First off, I'm very picky on my BBQ. The chopped beef was to die for. Sides were very generous, yes I am very happy fatboy!!!

Sorry, I had better. The place was nice and clean and staff friendly but I had the pull pork and it was very fatty and chewy. I had the bake potato casserole and baked beans for my sides which were very good.
